I led product and platform teams building sales tech and quote-to-cash experiences for SMB and mid-market customers at Intuit. We removed friction in CRM/CPQ, pricing & packaging, approvals, and billing to convert more pipeline and shorten time-to-revenue. By instrumenting funnels end-to-end and automating handoffs, we unlocked new self-serve revenue streams. I built the 0→1 seller acquisition and onboarding engine across MENA marketplaces—combining self-serve and sales-assist flows, streamlined KYC/verification, and clear education, risk checks, and payouts.
